Bankroll

No deposit bonus

Credit given by the casino without you needing to deposit money. Usually subject to high wagering requirements before you can withdraw the associated winnings.

C

Cashback

A partial refund (often 5 to 15%) of your net losses over a given period, usually credited automatically every week or month.

Cash-out

Cashing in your winnings before the round ends — a term mainly used in crash games like Aviator, where you must "cash out" your stake before the multiplier crashes.

Free spins

Free rounds on a specific slot machine, without touching your bankroll. Winnings obtained are usually subject to wagering before withdrawal.

House edge

The average percentage the casino keeps over the long run for each game. The lower it is, the better your odds (e.g. 1.35% on French roulette vs 5.26% on American).

Progressive jackpot

A cumulative prize that grows with every bet placed by all players on the same game, until one player wins it. Can reach several million euros on some slots.

KYC (Know Your Customer)

The identity verification process (ID, proof of address) required by casinos before a large withdrawal. It's a legal anti-money-laundering requirement, not a sign of distrust towards you.

Minimum / maximum stake

The betting limits allowed on a given game. Vary enormously between tables (e.g. roulette from €0.20, VIP tables up to €10,000).

Provably Fair

A cryptographic system that lets you mathematically verify a game outcome (often used in crash games) wasn't manipulated by the casino after you placed your bet.

RNG (Random Number Generator)

The random number generator that determines the outcomes of non-live games (slots, RNG roulette). A certified RNG guarantees the game's fairness.

RTP (Return To Player)

Volatility

The frequency and size of wins on a slot machine. A low-volatility slot pays out small wins often; a high-volatility slot pays out rarely but with big amounts.

Wagering requirement

The number of times you must play through a bonus before you can withdraw the associated winnings. x30 wagering on a €100 bonus means you must bet €3,000 in total before you can withdraw.
